Pepsi responds to the trend of matte design and the growing demand for sugar-free drinks. The company will present a new design of cans as well as labels for bottles. We will see the new design on calorie-free variations of Pepsi.
The company thus adheres to new trends in design, while not forgetting its long tradition and brand attributes.
Kateřina Komárková, Pepsi brand manager for the Czech and Slovak market, stated:
"The colour design of the labels has been changed in order to strengthen the image of a modern brand. The new cans will therefore be in a matt design, rather than glossy as was previously the case. The brand identity, such as the logo, remains."
We will be able to see Pepsi with a new design on our shelves from about mid-February.
